Do you have a marketing plan or strategy for 2015?
Use your weekend to write down what you think is most important to your business, what you want to achieve and how you feel you can overcome any obsticles.
Any change to the 'Status Quo' in your business may upset some people, but the aim of the game needs to be to ultmately gain more custom.
After all that's what busines development is all about. Don't be afraid to look at things from a new angle, make a list of pro's, cons and any objections that you may come up against.
Gut feeling does work too with some people, but the important thing to remember is to not make a marketing decision on a whim!
